Please read the IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION section below this form prior to booking.
Once you have filled in the form below and clicked “Submit”, it will automatically be emailed to BASS to be processed and a copy will be emailed back to you for your records (using the email address you provide on the form).
Once your booking has been received by BASS, it will be processed and BASS will send you a temporary tax invoice which will confirm which of your preferences have been booked. It must be forwarded to your school’s finance officer for payment by the due date.
- Shows and workshops have a limited capacity and may sell out quickly.
- Please list 3 performance / workshop choices/dates/times. If your first choice of performance or workshop is fully booked, you will automatically be booked into your second choice, and so on.
TRANSACTION FEES APPLY
Please note that a $10 transaction fee is payable for each school booking (through BASS), inclusive of all paid performances/workshops, submitted concurrently.
