Dr. Bridgette Minuzzo is an Adelaide-based contemporary visual artist and educator. She studied science, design, visual arts, teaching, has a graduate diploma in community cultural development, and a multidisciplinary doctorate on the restorative effects of art.
Minuzzo has worked in various academic roles at UniSA as a research assistant and tutor. She has been commissioned by Adelaide Festival Centre, Art Gallery of South Australia, Flinders Medical Centre, ANAT and several Adelaide Councils to produce public art, video installations, photography, and bus shelter designs.
In 2008, Minuzzo established the ‘Art Trolley’, a mobile art workshop for patients at the Flinders Medical Centre, a model that has been adopted by hospitals around Australia. She is currently a lecturer in academic skills and visual Art.
