You’ll be right in the heart of Adelaide's New Year's Eve festivities with uninterrupted views of Elder Park's spectacular fireworks. Delight in a premium five-course dining experience, perfectly paired with Bird in Hand’s finest beverages, all while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere along the Karrawirra Parri/River Torrens.
As midnight approaches, watch the sky light up in a dazzling display. This all-inclusive evening offers the best seats in the city to welcome in 2025.

The five-course menu includes:
- Kingfish ceviche with grapefruit, fennel, and avocado mousse
- Crispy pork belly with chilli pineapple salsa, caramel soy, and fried shallots
- Lobster gnocchi with Pernod, and tomato saffron cream
- Braised lamb shoulder roulade with beetroot puree, broccolini, and roasted garlic jus
