Delight in a premium five-course dining experience, perfectly paired with Bird in Hand’s finest beverages, all while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere along the Karrawirra Parri/River Torrens.

The five-course menu includes:
- Kingfish ceviche with grapefruit, fennel, and avocado mousse
- Crispy pork belly with chilli pineapple salsa, caramel soy, and fried shallots
- Lobster gnocchi with Pernod, and tomato saffron cream
- Braised lamb shoulder roulade with beetroot puree, broccolini, and roasted garlic jus
- 'Prince of Chocolate’s' tiramisu
