Arlon Hall is a contemporary Adelaide artist predominantly working in painting, drawing and sculpture. Hall’s current practice investigates the relationship between line, colour and form, fusing these elements together, exploring the moments in between and in collision. He has recently been exploring ways to extend his painting and drawings through sculpture and interactive installation.
He is a member of the art collective 'The Bait Fridge', where his practice is further expanded through performance, dance and costume making. Hall also works as a secondary high school art teacher and has been actively involved in running and assisting youth art workshops, including Carclew’s Pom Pom program.
He has exhibited at a number of galleries through South Australia including the Barossa Regional Gallery, FELT Space, Peter Walker Fine Art, Carclew, Floating Goose Studios, Fontanelle, Praxis Art Space, Sauerbier House Gallery and The Hahndorf Academy.
